Location:
Plainfield, IL (serving Plainfield, Bolingbrook, Oswego, Joliet)
Schedule:
Flexible (4-12 hour shifts; mornings, evenings, weekends)
Pay Rate:
$17-18.50/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and mobility
Offer companionship and emotional support
Support clients with memory-related conditions such as Dementia or Alzheimer's
Communicate updates with families and care team
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
Requirements
Must Have:
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to reliably commute to job locations
Experience or willingness to provide care for the elderly
Willingness to undergo a background check
Availability to work flexible hours
Must live in Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Oswego, or Joliet
Strong reliability and professional judgment
Nice to Have:
Active CNA license in good standing
Prior home care experience
Experience with memory care (Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's)
