Live-In Certified Nurse Aide – Springfield Office
Pay: $16-$20/hour. Differential pay for nights and weekends. Weekly pay. Sign‑on bonus of $400 available. Flexible hours: full‑time, part‑time, PRN, weekdays, nights, weekends.
Varied shift lengths: 1‑12 hours.
You create your own schedule.
Mileage reimbursement for travel.
Caregiver assistance program for 35‑40 hour work weeks.

Responsibilities
Help clients take prescribed medication.
Assist with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
Assist with personal care and hygiene.
Help with routine exercises.
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from clients.
Shop for clients or accompany them when they shop.
Perform light housekeeping duties clients cannot complete alone.
Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
Report any unusual incidents.
Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency.
Requirements
Passion to serve others – true caregiver.
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid.
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with dietary constraints.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Respectful and compassionate.
Good time management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ethics.
Physical endurance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Own a vehicle with current insurance.
Social Security Card.
Must meet all qualifications to receive bonus.
