Waterbury Public Schools is seeking NextGen Educators, motivated college students pursuing education degrees, to support and enhance the learning experience in Waterbury’s schools. Responsibilities include covering teacher duties, collaborating with staff, and fostering a positive learning environment. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and knowledge of core curriculum areas. This position requires a commitment of at least three days per week and may involve ongoing professional development.
