We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused driver with a Class B license who can operate a 26‑foot box truck across the Shakopee, MN area. The role involves collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.
Location: 1087 Park Pl #150, Shakopee, MN 55379
We are offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for new hires ($1,000 paid after 30 days and $2,000 paid after 90 days).
Job responsibilities
Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Operate vehicles in a safe manner, including 26‑foot box trucks.
Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes or challenges as they arise.
Load and unload, prioritize and organize the truck per schedule and needs.
Manage the route per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient and effective service.
Comply with DOT regulations, log hours and conduct roadside inspections.
Perform heavy lifting duties.
Qualifications
Class B license and a clean driving record.
Experience operating a 26‑foot box truck.
Experience with manual handling in any industry.
Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
Valid DOT medical card.
A flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours and roadside inspections.
Confidence in using a road check from level 1 through level 3.
Proven longevity in past employment.
On‑time delivery practices.
