Casual PRN Outpatient Pharmacist — Vaccines & Counseling

Avita Health System is seeking an Outpatient Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Ontario and Crestline, Ohio. The role involves reviewing and verifying prescriptions, conducting clinical reviews, and counseling patients. Additionally, the pharmacist will supervise pharmacy technicians and interns while also administering vaccinations. Candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or a Bachelor of Science degree, hold current licensure in Ohio, and have certifications in BLS and immunization. This is a casual/PRN position.
