Home Health Aide

Responsibilities
Home Health Aide provides patients with assistance in activities of daily living and performs varied administrative, operational, and customer support assignments within the home. The role includes medication management, bathing, dressing, household chores, meal preparation, bill payment, and interpreting area/department policy under minimal direction.
Required Qualifications
HHA 75 Hour Certificate or current CNA State License.
CPR certification.
OSHA Certificate.
HIV/AIDS Certificate.
HIPAA Certificate.
Alzheimer's Certificate.
Domestic Violence Certificate.
Minimum 1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors.
Screening for TB required by Humana's TB program.
Valid in‑state driver’s license with current registration and insurance, driving record no more than 2 points in last 3 years.
Participation in Humana Driver Safety Program with vehicle liability insurance of at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kinnser/Wellsky systems.
Schedule
Weekly hours: 1 (variable schedule).
Pay Range
$37,440 - $43,800 per year for full‑time (40 hrs/week) employment.
