Responsibilities
Provide PTA services to patients in a skilled nursing setting as part of a rehabilitation team.
Collaborate with physical therapists, nursing staff, and other clinicians to implement treatment plans.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans according to PT/OT guidelines and patient needs.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing.
Experience in rehabilitative/geriatric settings preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
