Job Summary
Live-In Caregiver. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants to provide support and companionship in clients’ homes. You will assist with personal care, household tasks, and social interaction, helping enhance your clients’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Medication reminders and health monitoring as directed.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping/errands, and light housekeeping.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well‑being.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families for better care outcomes.
Follow individualized care plans to ensure each client’s specific needs are met, and report changes in health status.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor.
Ability to pass background checks and comply with health regulations.
Basic understanding of care practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.
