• Annual ED patient volume: approximately 50,000+
• 36-bed ED with excellent specialty backup

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages in the emergency department
• Collaborate with attending emergency medicine physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and more (as credentialed)
• Participate in patient flow optimization, quality initiatives, and patient-centered care
• Deliver compassionate, efficient, evidence-based emergency care

Qualifications

• Active Alabama NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine or urgent care experience strongly preferred
• ACLS, PALS required; ATLS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently with physician support
• Commitment to high-quality, team-based emergency care
