Dermatology Physician

A hospital-based dermatology department in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Dermatologist for locum tenens coverage. The provider will work Monday Thursday, 7:30 AM 6:00 PM (4x10 schedule) with no call responsibilities. The practice sees patients per day and is supported by three CMAs per provider who also provide scribing support.

The position involves treating a wide range of general dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, fungal infections, cysts, and skin cancer screenings. Providers may also perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin tag removal. Mohs surgery is performed onsite by an experienced Mohs surgeon.

Requirements:
• Board Certified Dermatologist
• Active North Carolina license (IMLC accepted; willing to license)
• DEA required
• Experience with Epic preferred
