Preferred Schedule: 24hr call / 8a-8a, May 26-30, Jun 3-4; Jun 15-Jul 7, 7-10 shifts of coverage needed per month
Worksite Setting: Inpatient. Clinic available for interested providers
Scope of Work: 20-30 deliveries per month, No NICU, Level 2 OB unit, Onsite MD, 2 midwives, 1 APN, OB coverage, ER consults, No circumcisions, Pager call
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, BC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, min 1 year of experience required, clean files only
