North Ridge Health and Rehab is looking to hire a \ full‑time Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (RN)\
to join our Transitional Care (TCU) team.\
\
We are a premier training facility with 320 beds: LTC, TCU, Memory Care, Dialysis and an On‑site Child Daycare Center (6 weeks to Preschool age). This rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive salary up to \ \$106,000\
per year (based on experience) with a \ \$5,000 sign‑on bonus\

A Day in the Life – Nurse Manager (RN)\

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide total care for residents, monitor their condition, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensure narcotic policies are followed, monitor for side effects, and report any changes. You will oversee nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed, complete documentation, and admit or discharge residents. You must maintain confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and uphold facility policies. Your friendly demeanor enables you to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.\
\
Qualifications\

\ RN licensure with the Minnesota Board of Nursing\
\
Current CPR certification\
\
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations\
\
Desire to work with the elderly\
\
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required\
\
