Physical Therapist

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Montgomery, TX. The Physical Therapist will assess and treat patients to improve their physical functions, mobility, and overall wellness. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams to create customized rehabilitation plans, guiding patients through therapy exercises, monitoring progress, and providing education to promote recovery. The individual will work with patients in various settings such as clinical facilities and home care environments.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active Texas PT license

CPR Certification

Experience with EMR systems

Qualifications

Proficiency in Physical Therapy practices, Rehabilitation techniques, and Medicine as it applies to patient mobility and recovery.

Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities to work successfully with patients and healthcare teams.

Ability to create and execute individualized care plans while tracking patient progress.

Prior experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or home care setting is a plus.
