What You’ll Do
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards
What We’re Looking For
Active Missouri LPN license (required)
Current CPR certification
Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
