Responsibilities
Conduct assessments
Develop treatment plans
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy
Implement evidence-based interventions such as CBT and DBT
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor progress
Maintain accurate records
Qualifications
Valid Wyoming license or certification
Strong therapeutic skills
Excellent communication and adaptability
Experience working with adolescents (preferred)
