Right at Home is looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing care for our clients in-home. We provide care for Seniors and Disabled Adults throughout Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County. Experience preferred but not necessary— we will train the right candidate! Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides a plus. We are hiring immediately for weekend shifts. Caregiver Responsibilities
Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene (bathroom or bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair), ambulation, dressing, grooming, assists with feeding, engagement activities (puzzles, card games, conversation).
Performs patient‑specific activities taught by a nurse such as prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises, meal preparation, and homemaking activities (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning bathrooms).
Caregiver Qualifications
Verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment.
Dependability.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
Communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basis.
Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff.
Job Type & Compensation
Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Temporary.
Salary: $15–16/hour based on experience.
Opportunities available for overtime, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay.
