
Residential Care Worker I

Overview
The Residential Care Worker I role is responsible for providing personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients/residents as outlined on individual treatment plans.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver’s License preferred.
Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.
