We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in southeastern Iowa.
Provide individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning under supervision.
Maintain high-quality, efficient services while supporting community education and consultation.
Possess an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, with eligibility for Iowa licensure.
Preferably have at least two years of mental health experience.
Participate in staff training, crisis response, and supervision of interns.
