Responsibilities
Presbyterian is seeking a highly motivated Post‑Graduate Year Two (PGY2) Pharmacy Resident to participate in an advanced, specialty‑focused residency program. The PGY2 Pharmacy Residency provides training beyond the PGY1 level, emphasizing independent direct patient care, advanced medication therapy management, and pharmacy practice leadership. Residents conceptualize and integrate prior experience and clinical knowledge to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes while preparing for clinical pharmacist, faculty, or specialty leadership roles and eligibility for board certification where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy required.
NM Board of Pharmacy License required within 60 days of start date.
Completion of PGY1 residency required.
