Overview
RWJBarnabas Health is recruiting Breast Imaging Radiologists to the Regional Breast Center in NJ. This position is based primarily at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ with a rotating schedule taking the Breast Imaging Radiologists to other facilities as needed. The Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center uses state-of-the-art equipment and provides comprehensive services, including tomosynthesis, ultrasound, MRI, and all interventional modalities. The Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center is an NQMBC certified quality breast center of excellence and is American College of Radiology accredited for mammography, breast ultrasound, and stereotactic breast biopsy. It is also among a handful of centers designated a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the ACR.
This is an ideal opportunity to be part of a strong team of fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologists integrated with the system’s oncology services strategy, with a flexible work schedule and a multidisciplinary team. The role features opportunities to spend time with residents and establish a fellowship training program.
Responsibilities
Join a busy, growth-oriented practice within RWJBarnabas Health and contribute to the breast imaging program across facilities as needed.
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging (or significant breast imaging experience)
Strong diagnostic and interventional skills
New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $500,000 to $750,000. RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation plus PTO and added time off and reimbursement for CME. Located near the Jersey Shore with access to beaches, schools, and suburban communities.
