Business Development Manager (Miami - Remote)

We’re now expanding our presence in Florida and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own and grow this territory.

What You’ll Own
This is a full-cycle, outbound sales role with true territory ownership.

You will be responsible for generating new business from prospecting to close, while building a strong local presence in your market.

Your responsibilities include:

Owning and growing the Florida territory

Building and managing a robust outbound pipeline

Prospecting through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and local partnerships

Conducting tailored product demos and presenting clear ROI

Negotiating contracts and closing new business

Traveling approximately 70% within your territory to build relationships and attend events

Partnering with internal teams to ensure strong handoffs and long-term customer success

This role requires autonomy, resilience, and a high level of personal accountability.

What Success Looks Like

Consistently meeting or exceeding new revenue targets

Establishing MyStudio as a trusted brand within your territory

Building strong referral networks and long-term industry relationships

Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting

What You Bring

Proven success in outbound, full-cycle sales with consistent quota attainment

Experience owning a territory or market and building pipeline independently

Demonstrated ability to prospect, run demos, negotiate, and close without heavy oversight

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment

Willingness to travel up to 70%

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
