Postdoc: Precision Fermentation & Food Science

The Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education is seeking a highly motivated post-doctoral fellow to assist in research on fermentation science and engineering. Located in Albany, California, this full-time role will involve collaborating with food technologists and agricultural engineers to transform agricultural crops into health-oriented food products. Candidates must have a recent doctoral degree in relevant fields and demonstrate abilities in research publishing and bioprocess optimization.
