Overview
AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital - Covington is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RN) for Days to provide direct and indirect patient care in the physical rehabilitation setting. Communicate with physicians, CCO, and co‑workers about changes in patients’ clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, the nurse is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patient care in the physical rehabilitation setting.
Communicate changes in patient condition and diagnostic results to physicians, CCO, and the care team as appropriate.
Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Perform general nursing duties in all departments under adequate supervision as needed.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Louisiana.
Current BLS certification.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages desirable.
