Overview
We are seeking a licensed Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in SE Iowa. This role provides direct therapy services to individuals and families while serving as a mental health resource across internal programs, including substance use services, home-and community-based services, and behavioral health intervention services. The Therapist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care and supporting our mission of excellence in behavioral health care.

Responsibilities
Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and diagnose mental health conditions.
Provide individual and family therapy services.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Serve as the agency\'s mental health resource to internal programs, including providing education, consultation, and guidance to staff on mental health topics such as signs and symptoms of mental illness, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention, and supporting individuals with mental health needs.
Qualifications
Master\'s degree in social work, counseling, and/or marriage & family therapy.
Active Iowa licensure as LISW, LMHC, or equivalent.
