Details

General Surgery OR unit within a hospital setting

Night shift: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (4x10-hour shifts)

40 hours per week

No weekend or on‑call shifts required

Float to other departments may be required based on business need

Epic EMR used for charting

13‑week contract

Requirements

Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of OR/surgical nursing experience required

ASN from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred

BLS certification required — must be AHA‑issued and valid through the contract end date

ACLS, NRP, or PALS may be required as appropriate for the unit

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in an OR/surgical setting

Responsibilities include documentation, delegation, supervision, consultation, and resource utilization

Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment

Specialty certification for the OR is preferred

Pay package: 10‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
