Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on Carbon Steel
Handle a combination of structural and pipe welding for marine systems.
Fabricate components such as frames, pipes, and skids.
Participate in weld tests (half-hour to one hour on stainless pieces).
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience with MIG welding on Carbon Steel.
10+ years of welding experience preferred for experienced hires.
ASME/NavC qualification required (all hires must get qualified).
Strong attitude emphasized over perfect experience; must be reliable and adaptable.
Safety gear provided (hard hat and boots).
Shift:
5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday (Overtime Available)
Wage:
$30-$38/hour
Employment Type:
Temp-to-hire (target 3 months or 480 hours, with buyout option).
Overtime:
Occasionally 10 - 15 extra hours per week; not demanded.
