Physical Therapist I - AVN, Per Diem, Warren County
Atlantic Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in the Atlantic Visiting Nurse Division as a Per Diem Physical Therapist. The role works 8 AM-4 PM, including two weekends per month, in the Warren County area. The candidate will evaluate and treat patients in their homes and be part of a collaborative team of health providers.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, required.
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, preferred.
Minimum Experience
1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred.
License/Certification
NJ License in Physical Therapy, required.
BLS, preferred.
Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record, required.
