Conservative Care Occupational Health is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Tennessee team. This full-time position requires evaluating and implementing treatment programs for patients at our Lebanon and La Vergne clinics. The ideal candidate must have an active Tennessee PT license and strong clinical decision-making skills.
