About You
You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end‑to‑end care for our precious patients. Your work ranges from hands‑on care of outpatient treatments and laboratory tests to support services, including admitting and discharging patients.
Your Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience as a veterinary technician preferred (new graduates welcome with strong clinical skills)
CVT, LVT, or RVT certification a plus but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Passion for animal health and client education
Must be available to work some Saturdays
Position Summary
We are seeking a Full‑Time Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional care to clients and small animal patients.
Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures
Perform routine technical duties including venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and laboratory testing
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate clients on preventative care, treatment plans, and post‑op instructions
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital protocols through Vetspire software
Support general hospital cleanliness, equipment sterilization, and inventory management
Provide compassionate and calm handling of animals of all temperaments
