Full‑Time – Four 10‑hour shifts
Compensation: negotiable based on credentials and experience, hourly rate starting at $18–$22 per hour

About You
You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end‑to‑end care for our precious patients. Your work ranges from hands‑on care of outpatient treatments and laboratory tests to support services, including admitting and discharging patients.

Your Experience & Skills

2+ years of experience as a veterinary technician preferred (new graduates welcome with strong clinical skills)

CVT, LVT, or RVT certification a plus but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Passion for animal health and client education

Must be available to work some Saturdays

Position Summary
We are seeking a Full‑Time Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about animal care, eager to contribute technical skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced, supportive setting. You’ll work closely with veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional care to clients and small animal patients.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures

Perform routine technical duties including venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and laboratory testing

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Educate clients on preventative care, treatment plans, and post‑op instructions

Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital protocols through Vetspire software

Support general hospital cleanliness, equipment sterilization, and inventory management

Provide compassionate and calm handling of animals of all temperaments
