Supervisory Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff

Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations

Handle discipline and termination following company policy

Duties/Responsibilities

Maintain security and safety of designated work area

Patrol facility to ensure safety and security

Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals

Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports

Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews

Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changes

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities

Superior integrity, leadership, and prioritization skills

Ability to function well in high‑paced and stressful environments

Passion for creating a safe and happy work environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

At least three years of related supervisory experience

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
