Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a
full-time or part-time/per diem
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
to join our Home Healthcare Team and see patients in the
South Bay LA Area . In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
Provide in-home occupational therapy visits under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner
Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Active California COTA license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
Home Healthcare experience
Experience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)
$25-60/hour, depending on type of work performed
Mileage reimbursement
Cellular device reimbursement
