About the Role
We are hiring a
Customer Care Specialist
to support a busy customer care team in Forest City. This role is the frontline connection between customers, dealers, and internal teams—focused on resolving issues, providing product support, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer and dealer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
Troubleshoot issues and provide product and warranty support
Work cross-functionally with departments like quality, engineering, and production to resolve concerns
Document all interactions accurately in internal systems/CRM
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and service partners
Educate customers on product features, maintenance, and best practices
Assist in coordinating repairs and service solutions when needed
Stay up to date on products, systems, and service processes through ongoing training
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
