Unit Description
The 3B patient population is adult/Geriatric generalized Medical/Surgical unit. It manages a wide range of patient conditions, including pre and post‑op care of patients undergoing surgical procedures, and ongoing conditions of complex patients with numerous co‑morbidities and generalized medical complaints. Surgical focus includes general surgery and gynecology.
Schedule
Full time: (3) 12‑hour shifts 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. with weekend and holiday commitment required.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Requirements
Registered Nurse licensure in Maryland or compact state.
Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science preferred or obtained within five years.
Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for all nurses within 90 days of hire.
