schedules (All persons in this position should be prepared to work some weekend shifts and holidays.)

Job Description
What You’ll Do
Provide Hands‑On Care:
Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, while fostering independence.
Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment:
Maintain a clean, safe space that supports comfort and helps individuals reach personal goals.
Mentor & Guide:
Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve aspirations.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Passion for Helping Others.
Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
Good communication—reading, writing, and verbal—to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external team members.
