Position Summary
The primary purpose is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a SNF setting. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and follow the Director of Nursing Services’ directives. The RN will follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain the standards of practice set by the community’s administration and nursing policies and procedures.
Education and Qualifications
Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
Shift and Wage
Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
Shift varies.
Wage up to $38.00 per hour.
