Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As an RRT, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and providing appropriate interventions using advanced respiratory equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and evaluate patient responses.
Utilize advanced respiratory equipment including adult and pediatric ventilators, non-invasive devices, and high-flow oxygen devices.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active North Carolina Respiratory License
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
NRP certification preferred
