Job Description & Requirements
Position: Otolaryngology Physician (Locum Tenens) – Start Date: ASAP – Pay Rate: $227.95 - $246.75 per hour.
Schedule: One week per month, clinic and call duties.
Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient.
Types of Cases: General ENT evaluations and procedures in clinic.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
Electronic Medical Record: Epic.
Certifications Required: Board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Licensure Required: Illinois license.
Location
