Minimum

3+ years of direct patient care experience

Experience with

telehealth, Remote patient monitoring technologies

Knowledge of

quality assurance, data collection, and workflow improvement

Familiarity with

electronic medical records (EMR)

Strong

analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Duties:
Support

virtual patient care

and remote monitoring activities

Monitor patients for

safety, behavior, and clinical needs

and escalate concerns to clinical teams

Assist with

telehealth services , ensuring sessions run smoothly and on time

Collaborate with

clinical teams, leadership, and technical partners

to support telehealth operations

Perform

case triaging and assignment

for virtual monitoring

Maintain and track

telehealth program data, performance metrics, and reports

Conduct

quality assurance reviews

and recommend process improvements

Identify trends and support

corrective action plans

Provide

training and support

to staff on telehealth workflows and systems
