Join Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute and become part of one of the world’s most respected healthcare organizations. We are expanding with a new state‑of‑the‑art facility on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions.

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000*
Responsibilities
A caregiver in this position will work full time days (M‑F), 9:00am —5:30pm with rotating on‑call responsibilities evenings, weekends and holidays.
Utilize sterile or aseptic technique to scrub in and perform vascular, interventional, and surgical procedures per protocol.
Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during and after exams.
Demonstrate understanding of primary purpose of drugs used in IR, indications, contraindications, contrast drug interactions and major effects.
Record and maintain procedural data to include injection data, elapsed fluoroscopic time and procedural information.
Monitor equipment, systems, clean equipment and ensure timely repair.
Learn new technical information and skills through attendance of periodic in‑service programs and participation in professional affiliation sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and in good standing
Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist
Knowledge of radiologic physics and computerized vascular equipment, so as to safely inject and image human vascular anatomy
Thorough knowledge of vascular anatomy and pathology sufficient to apply to interventional and diagnostic exams
Must be knowledgeable of sterile technique with ability to create and maintain sterile environment
Ability to function well with minimal to no supervision, especially during after‑hours call‑in emergency service
Physical Requirements
Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift or assist with lifting patients of varying weight and manipulate equipment daily.
Personal Protective Equipment
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $34.50
Maximum hourly: $51.00
