Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Danvers, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Case Manager to assist them on a contractual basis.

Position: Detox/Addictions Recovery Case Manager
Description: The Case Manager has the responsibility for providing case management services to individuals who are detoxing from substances. This includes assessing service needs; counseling, developing plans for access to services, liaison with client, families, programs, and service providers.

Hours: 40, 32, 16
Shifts:
Sunday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm (40hrs)
Sunday - Thursday 11:30am-8pm (40hrs)
Wednesday - Saturday 10am-6:30pm (32hrs)
Thursday - Saturday 10am-8pm (32hrs)
Friday - Monday 10am-6:30pm (16hrs)
Saturday/Sunday 9am-5:30pm (16hrs)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent; or Associates degree in Human Services field; two to three years related experience and/or training in the area of chemical dependency. Knowledge of relevant community resources for continuing care/aftercare placement.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations; Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) preferred.
Must be able to complete on-site CPI and CPR training/certification.
