What You’ll Do:
Provide support and counseling to individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges
Facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions
Assist with client assessments and treatment planning
Help clients develop coping skills and relapse prevention strategies
Maintain client documentation and progress notes
Work alongside a supportive team focused on recovery and growth
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree
in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
Experience working with mental health and/or substance abuse clients preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
