
BCBA Candidate/Intern

Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA franchise dedicated to quality Applied Behavior Analysis services. Our model blends evidence-based ABA science with a supportive environment and high parent involvement to help children with ASD acquire valuable life skills and lead productive lives. We are an approved practicum site for Purdue Global, Florida Institute of Technology, Capella University and Nova Southeast University.
Intern / Practicum Student
Work In‑Center Monday‑Friday 7:45 AM‑4:30 PM.
Once per week, supervise in‑home clients 4:30‑6:30 PM.
Conduct assessments (VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
Develop individualized, research‑based client programs.
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
Facilitate weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
Supervise RBTs.
Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service trainings.
Handle insurance correspondence (pre‑authorization requests).
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; enrollment in a Master’s program leading toward certification in behavior analysis.
No criminal background.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain physically active.
Organized, energetic, with strong attention to detail.
Expectations
Provide high‑quality care to clients.
Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.
Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws.
Uphold the clinic’s reputation for an organized, team‑oriented environment.

Salary $22.00–$23.00 / hr (depending on experience).
Overtime opportunities.
