Responsibilities
Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
Alternate between home health and SNF settings, providing a weekend schedule that may reduce childcare needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Accredited education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
Active licensure: Current PT license in the state of practice.
Ethical compliance with Key Rehab’s code of conduct and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility and team collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience working with geriatric patients.
Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
