Clinical Supervisor LCADC 111 - Essex County
Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ
Salary - $65,000 per year
Responsibilities
This is a position supervising Certified Peer Recovery Specialist; comfortable leading peers to meet the contract expectations on level of service, managing documentation, marketing for contact, great communication written, verbal and listening. Ability to create solutions in the best interest of the individuals served. Comfortable with learning on the go. Time management skills to facilitate productive work daily. Flexible, in schedule and thinking. Able to give directions and follow directions. Regular supervision by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Master\'s Degree with LCADC.
Experience effectively supervising program contracts and guidelines, able to do marketing for program in the community for contract.
Great communication skills in speaking, writing, listening.
Drivers’ license in good standing and good driving practice.
Supervising professional staff.
Experience with Electronic health records.
Bilingual preferred.
