College Station Medical Center offers a CRNA position working one 16‑hour overnight shift and two 12‑hour day shifts per week.
St. Joseph Health College Station Hospital is a 167‑bed facility with a Level III Trauma unit.
Case Assignments
CRNAs have a high degree of independence. Cases include hearts, craniotomies, regional, obstetric.
Shifts
One 16‑hour OB overnight shift and two 12‑hour day shifts per week.
Team
Leadership: Jonathan Walker, CRNA; Aaron Ray, CRNA.
This care team model focuses on giving everyone a voice and supporting high‑quality care.
Responsibilities
Pre‑anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Total Rewards
Salary: $254 K – $294 K
