Senior Epic Application Analyst - Unified Communications & QGenda
Location: 100% Remote. While this role is remote, candidates must reside in one of the following states: Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of Epic experience, preferably with Unified Communications and QGenda
Epic certification required
Experience supporting Epic in a large health system environment
Strong understanding of application build, testing, and support
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

What You'll Do
As a Senior Epic Application Analyst, you'll serve as the go-to expert for application design, build, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, configuration, and build of Epic Unified Communications and QGenda
Partner with department stakeholders to assess current workflows and design improved future-state processes
Translate operational and revenue workflows into effective system solutions
Serve as the primary analyst for your application area, from design through golive and beyond
Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and procedures
Troubleshoot issues, coordinate system enhancements, and manage change requests
Test new builds and Epic releases prior to production deployment
Support golive events, downtime planning, and production readiness
Collaborate with trainers on role-based education and assist with end-user training
Participate in project meetings, provide demos, and deliver regular status updates
Job Type & Location
Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
