Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$18-$22 Based on Experience
Shift:
4×10 workweek, optional 8-hour day, optional Saturdays, occasional mandatory overtime
What's the Job?
Assemble, test, deburr, polish, and mark parts according to detailed work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints and process plans to ensure accurate assembly
Position and fasten parts using various tools and fixtures
Inspect work using precision instruments such as gages and calipers
Operate spray equipment, drill presses, power presses, and other machinery safely and efficiently
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of related assembly experience, preferably in aerospace
Experience with fuel/hydraulic valves and lockwire installation is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately
Basic math skills, strong communication, and organizational abilities
