Current RN license in the state of Missouri
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to assigned patients
Administer and document medications and treatments
Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
Educate patients and families on care plans
Participate in planning and evaluating patient careAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Monitor and report patient conditions and vital signs
Maintain accurate documentation and charting
Support unit operations and assume charge duties as needed
