Surgical Care Navigator RN - Coordinate Transitions

Holy Cross Medical Center in Taos, New Mexico, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator for the Surgery department. This professional will provide individualized assistance to patients, coordinating care with a focus on improving transitions and adherence to treatment plans.
