Signature HealthCARE of Erin is a 164-bed facility with a large therapy department and a rehab to home program for short-term patients, aimed at maintaining the functional level of long-term care residents. Responsibilities
Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned comply with the facility\'s written policies and procedures.
What You Need to Make a Difference
Possess and active RN license in the state of residence.
Current/active CPR certification.
Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
